brad+jordan // wedding videography

I had not met Brad or Jordan until a week or so before they got married, but felt instantly welcome by them and their family. I had also never shot a wedding video: The challenge was set, and I sought to meet it. This is the result.

The couple was married on beautiful family property in Forest, Va., on Oct. 12, 2013. The setting was rustic, but in the purest sense: no ironic suspenders or banjos -- just elegant.

Glauco Lima, of Robot Activate, assisted as a second shooter for this film, and Kelly and Ryan Portnoy, of Kellan Studios, taught me more than a few lessons.
