a unifying trait of everyone I work with — despite not seeking this when finding new projects — is a sense of integrated wholeness between the practitioner and the practice, be it music, teaching, movement, or, in this case, bodywork.

lindsey is by no means the exception to this trend. not by a long shot. to not only witness but to co-create alongside her as she focused seemingly everything about her being into each healing expression helped draw me deeper into my own practice of staying engaged and aware and “listening.”
